Property had a beautiful view, was really comfortable & modern and even had a hair straightener which was great for us as we were there for a wedding. The host was super friendly even when we were delayed on another island. It’s very easy to get to on the bus from the port as the bus stop is across from the bus stop and walking distance to the beach and supermarket.

The place was amazing! Gorgeous views, great location, very clean and Evangelina was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Location was just in the middle of the beach and main town, the walk into town was no more than 15 minutes.

“Fantastic stay”

Overlooking a great beach, a short walk from beach and town. The room has everything you need and the view is outstanding. Friendly and present owner who lives on-site. It’s all new and the Wi-Fi is strong. There is are supermarkets in town and a good car hire is opposite Rollan supermarket. I recommend.

Evangalia was so kind on arrival at Almyriki offering to carry my rucksack to the apartment ( couldn't do that could I ) . I can honestly say that after travelling through Greece for 3 weeks now, this place is amazing. Perfectly clean, all the facilities that you need, WiFi spot on, never a problem. And then you open the twin patio doors and WOW the view of the beach, the mountains behind and to the side where each morning you sit on the Perfectly laid porcelain patio with coffee in hand watching the goats with bells around their necks going about their business - just paradise. Very comfortable double bed in a lovely sized room beautifully decorated. Rain shower perfect, lots of hot water on tap. Had a quad bike for 3 days and to be honest a set of wheels makes life easier but a 10 minute walk to Chora is a breeze. Great location. Evangalia even did my washing for me and refused to take any payment. Good luck to you and the business. I would say one of the best accommodation on Ios. Ps : loved the black cat and gave him a little saucer of milk each morning. 🤣

“Spacious & stylish apartment with stunning views!”

Apartment was stylish, spacious and has a huge terrace. Evangelia is a warm & friendly host. Always on hand for suggestions on restaurants and beaches. Mylopotas beach is a 10 minute steep walk but bus is handy. View is spectacular.

“Amazing Stay!”

Excellent location, beautifully furnished, amazing host. The property is located at a hill, overlooking Mylopotas beach and only minutes away from both the beach and the Chora of Ios.

Exactly as advertised with a very friendly and kind host offering tips and good restaurant advice to us, the facilities were perfect I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ios

The host was really Gentle she helped me for everything i needed .. Place wonderfully positioned.. I liked the room very much.. In which I have found all necessary.. The view is spectacular from dhe balcony sea and mountains .. Silent all oriund. . Loved everything ❤️

What a beautiful place to stay in Ios! The location is superb, since it is close to both Mylopotas beach and the Chora by foot, making it so accessible. The view of the apartment is spectacular overseeing the Mylopotas beach and last but not least Evangelia the host is so friendly and hospitable that she is doing everything she can to make you feel at home! Highly recommended!!

“Great room, spectacular views and amazing host”

Everything was perfect, I can’t recommend it enough! The apartment was neat (cleaned on daily basis) and the room + bed were super comfortable. AC worked perfectly. The views were spectacular both from the room and from the balcony. In terms of location, we couldn’t have asked for better as it was in between Mylopotas (main beach) and Chora (town). There is also a bus stop right in front of the apartment complex which facilitated our transport around the island. Parking was also available in the apartment complex. Evangelia (the host) was super lovely, helpful and very welcoming. She made our stay even better and ensured we had all we needed and recommended us to the very best places in the island. Again, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

“Comfortable and beautiful”

The location is amazing, view breathtaking, everything is close the beach and the village are both a ten minute walk. Absolutely recommend this place for your Ios trip. The terrace is perfect for a chill evening in Greek islands!
