“With a little more care, one day, it could be a nice place to stay”
The hotel looks nice both from outside and inside. It has spacious rooms and at the first glance it offers good comfort. But it is neglected and far above the actual price tag it deserves.

“we had a very good stay , a nice spacy room and friendly staff”
given the fact that Ukraine is at war at the moment we had our stay, the service was good, the breakfast had to be decided as they made it fresh, but no buffet. Anyhow the breakfast was good. Friendly staff and helpful

Great location, very good value for money, and friendly staff doing an outstanding job under very stressful circumstances, i.e. the war. Hotel Helen is situated near the sea and very close to restaurants and bars. It also has a number of off-street parks and there is usually many on-street parks close by, suitable for even big vehicles (we had a truck).
