“Nice and quiet apartment in the city center”
Very nice owner, very helpful and who answered very fast. The apartment is big and well furnished. We liked the washing machine and the balcony. The bed was confortably hard, just like we like it. It's on the ground floor. And very well located: 3minutes to the big pedestrian street with all kind of shops and restaurants. We warmly recommend the place!

New and modernly decorated apartments. Everything inside is ideal - freshly renovated with taste, a balcony, a bedroom and a large living room-kitchen. Excellent location: restaurants, cafes, supermarket, shops. Comfort, as if you were at home! The apartment is perfectly equipped and furnished! Fashionable, fresh renovation! New double bed and mattress. The sofa is very comfortable! Super Internet. View balcony. I was pleased to have air conditioning. Everything is provided, the kitchen is equipped. I would say that at the moment this is the best option for Nikolaev in terms of price and quality! I decided for myself that I would definitely return to Ukraine and live only here! According to the results: I fell in love with this city and this apartment! Thank you - the best hostess! I highly recommend this option!

Great centreside location! An apartment has a nice balconiy. An Apartment is very modern and spacious. Everything is in very good condition. A very nice and tidy apartment, are very cozy and clean. A very comfortebel big bed. The perfect WIFI. A very large Smart TV. All electronics are brand new! Wonderful owner, warmest welcome. Welcomed me like a family. Thanking them for everything!

Location is in the center. The kitchen, AC, washing machine and very good WIFI were available in the apartment. Nice view from windows and balcony. Very well equiped, clean, spacious, comfortable. This is the central location in Nikolaev. Nice local coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket “Mida” very close! And friendly hosts. Walking to the river takes no more than 3-5 min. I like it very much! Thank you!

Great centreside location! An aprtment have balconiy overlooking the all city front. Apartment are very modern and have a design touch, are spacious and everything is in very good condition. Location is in the center and Main Street. The kitchen, AC, washing machine and very good WIFI were available in the apartment. Nice view from balcony and window to the Main Street and the park in the yard. Very well equiped, clean, spacious, comfortable. This is the central location in Nikolaev. Nice local coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket “Sotka”24/7 very close! And friendly local people. Safe area and nice gentle 3-6 min walk by the Sobornay street path to the Sobornay square passing lots of bars/restaurants (one directly outside the apartment, 5-7 minuts away, McDonalds which is convenient when you are feeling lazy. Walking to the river - beginning of the promenade takes no more than 1-3 minutes. We like it very much! Thank you!
