Quiet location on main bus line

Honest hotel - looks a bit dated, but everything you'd expect is there and in working order! Free parking is a big bonus! Breakfast is good and varied. Shops and restaurants are close. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was prominent, set near to the main road, immediate parking available, with pleasant and welcoming staff. I also enjoyed the self service breakfast.

Free breakfast which was varied and hearty. The location is very central and there are facilities like vending machines on floors 3,6 and 9. The building and styling is dated but you get good value for money. It's also very close to the town's small nightlife district.

Great value for money, clean and convenient location. Bed a little short for a tall person and narrow for a larger couple.

Friendly staff and central location so very convenient to finding a restaurant in walking distance. Shopping also close by with main department store within a couple of blocks.

Convenient location next to the bus stop that directly goes to Osorezan. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They even assisted us finding the right bus. Plenty of Izakayas were around.

I had to ask for the iron. The number of the iron is limited and it is required to use very short time (return it to the front ASAP). I expected some amenities (cleansing form, lotion, etc.) but nothing.

We had breakfast included and it was a great selection of food. The dining area offered plenty of seating. There was parking but our van was too big to fit into the garage parking so a staff member literally ran down the street to where another set of parking was to show. That was super helpful and nice of him. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. There was air conditioning but I couldn't figure it out so I just opened a window.

The hotel has lots of free parking directly next to the hotel, or if there's no room, you are directed to a car park around the corner. The hotel lobby was very clean and the staff were very nice. There are also a lot of good restaurants nearby and there's a convenience store across the street.
