“A great budget option for a Mara visit, especially if 4 people are able to share a room!”
Staff looked after us extremely well - excellent picnic lunch and bush breakfast on the day we departed. Happy to cater for vegetarian diet (vegetables, egg and cheese all available). filtered water dispensers in rooms. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds (two double beds - one large, one smaller - in all rooms that we stayed in). Mosquito nets; large beds; hot showers; clean bathrooms; towels and soap provided. Excellent views across the Mara and two telescopes available for use. It is a 'bush camp' - midway between camping and hotel accommodation so expect to see insects and other wildlife around your lodge - lizards, frogs, big beetles and ants to name a few! Mostly great if, like us you enjoy wildlife. Masai staff were always on hand to escort us with a torch around the property in the dark. We were also treated to a Masai dance and able to join in around a campfire - which was a great experience! All-inclusive price (except alcoholic drinks). James and his team did everything to ensure we were looked after.
