Location is amazing. It is away from any crowd, quite and perfect for vacation. Apartment is spacious and well equipped for home-like stay.

“Difficult”
A difficult one. The place in itself is fantastic. Enormous, fully equipped, spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and a nice terrace to enjoy the dark warm evening. But the welcoming was done by someone who was all but friendly, purely business. The location is in a residential area, which doesn't feel that cozy. They have these barriers which are supposed to make you feel safe. And they do. But they just aren't efficient, because they don't open once you get there. We even once had to call the "owner" to get us in. There is a swimming pool, a public one. It is big! But also quite a distance, so it's not like getting out of you room and go in for a dip. As I said, a difficult one. There is nothing to complain about and maybe it's the best spot in the area, but definitely not the best spot in Oman.

“Amazing location in beautiful community but cleanliness could be improved”
Muscat Bay is a wonderful community with great amenities and fantastic hotels and beaches around. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find all kinds of cooking tools, toaster, blender…there is also a high chair, hair dryer and absolutely everything you would need!

“A great place for a family.”
Absolutely beautiful surroundings and extremely quiet. The apartement has a use of a lovely pool and a park with a huge playground for kids. Also a beautiful beach is just a short walk away. The apartement is spacious and comes with all the appliances. Sofa is comfortable for sleeping. Good wifi.

“A less expensive family option outside of Muscat”
This is a functional apartment. It has the absolute basics for self-catering and there is a small supermarket on site, although it is not easy to access. The two bedrooms both have double beds (no twin beds in the apartment). The apartment has access to a lovely private beach and bay for swimming and supping. Access is a 10 min walk. There is an adjacent resort hotel on the bay.

The flat was very clean and organized With all tools you need to cook Location amazing with two swim pool for kids and adults open tell 10 pm. Also was very interesting near to pool there is electric barbcue cooker you can grill any thing you want was amazing the kids enjoy a lot. Best place for relaxing and kids activities.
