The staff and personnel are very friendly and helpful. The room is really big and so is the bathroom. It is bigger than much more expensive hotels. Apart from some very loud persons late one night in the corridor the hotel is quiet and peaceful. It is close to mall of Muscat.

Very helpful staff- both in the kitchen and the reception. Tasty breakfast, 3 options to choose from. Room clean and tidy.

They provided me with a higher-class non-smoking room, despite my forgetting to mention this in my booking. Thank you! Highly recommend. The hotel is located in front of a giant sand dune, which is incredible too!

I had a fantastic stay at Royal Hotel Muscat, Oman, from Dec 01 to 05. Irfan and Naseem provided excellent service and hospitality throughout my stay, which truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional staff and service.

The hotel was not providing the level of service that a hotel should provide such as different towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The floor wasn’t super clean. The rooms were not soundproof, we were hearing everything in the corridor and the people in the room next to us
