We stayed for two nights at the apartment and it was great! Very well furnished, Mr. WALEED was very hospitable and helpful, the kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, and all the needed cutlery) The area is extremely nice and clean, there is a coffee shop right under the apartment, and an atm just a walking distance. We really enjoyed it, the beds were comfortable and the views are just breathtaking! Highly recommend will be coming back again soon.

The location is conveniently situated right at the marina, with cafes and a mini mart just a short distance away. The view from the apartment and the private rooftop is simply breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and features a fully equipped kitchen. There are also games like puzzles and a chess board to keep both adults and children entertained. Waleed, the owner, is extremely helpful, friendly, and prompt in responding to our messages.

This is an excellent accomodation, a spacious, at the same time very cozy apartment, modern architecture yet with some local touch in design. Perfectly located with an amazing sea view in a safely guarded community at the ocean. Great balcony with view over the whole marina, as well as a rooftop veranda with a barbecue place. The host is an extreamly welcoming, hospital person, offering helpful advice about sightseeing in Oman and being very flexible with the desire to make our as stay pleasant as possible. In the marina community there are restaurants, grocery store and swimming pools, all in walking distance. It is a guarded community at the ocean shore, with own beach, where we were the only guests which we loved. There are wild beaches located around as well, for a change. Felt like this was the place only for us. Perfect situated: reasonable driving distance from Muscat that secures peaceful and comfortable accomodation outside of touristic rush, with ability to visit both the capital, as well as explore nature marvels in a dirreent direction such as Wadi Shab. We spent lovely time in Muscat: visited the Fort, old Souk, walked in the old city. Tour in the other direction - Wadi Shab - exceeded all our expectations. Overall Oman surprised us with beauty and amazing variety of places to visit. Special thanks to our host, we will be delighted to come again and totally recommend this accomodation to everyone!
