“It was a lovely stay and the experience exceeded our expectations..”
The hotel is set in a beautiful location and has an amazing view of both mountains and the beach (from higher floors). With a small sitout area off to the front of the hotel makes for a brilliant place to sit and enjoy if there's a nice breeze. The facilities are well maintained and the pool has an amazing view. It was also very affordable and worth the money.

Stayed at IntercityHotel Muscat Al Khuwair and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast had a lot of options and the taste was excellent too. The Head Chef 👨🍳 made sure all the guests were well served and kept asking us about our stay and the breakfast options. I had requested an Indian spicy omelette, and it was exactly the taste I wanted. Thank you, Chef Joby Alex. The entire kitchen team was welcoming and served us very well. The guest service team was also very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The best part was the pool — located at a good height with a reasonable size and depth, perfect for both kids and adults. The view from the pool was amazing; you can see the whole city along with the beautiful mountains.

“Excellent place to stay during a 20-hour layover between flights.”
The hotel is located near the beach, walkable in 10 mins. The hotel kindly provided me a day pass to go to the Diplomatic Club for no charge. Early mornings are wonderful to go for a walk. The breakfast buffet caters to every taste, right down to a full meal. The food was very tasty, the service attentive. The staff at the reception desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. This is definitely where I will stay the next time.

The swimming pool location was excellent, offering a clear and beautiful view of the city. The atmosphere around the pool was very pleasant and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, it added a wonderful experience to the stay.
