It was a very good size of room, clean, nice toiletries. Staff are full with smile and very helpful, I had a trouble with my flight resulting on us went back to the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. Good references of eating places and things to see from them too

I stayed at this hotel for a week. It was the best experience I could have asked for. Every single staff member I interacted with throughout my stay, from housekeeping to management had a positive demeanour, and overwhelmingly positive vibes overall. The service all around was incredible. I felt truly safe and taken care of at every turn. Nothing was too much for them to accommodate. The breakfast was lovely. The room was great. The gym is good. The pool is heated to perfection. The water bottle supply was generous. The cleaning was done well. The hot water and water pressure is good. Air-Con is effective and quiet. Safe box, hairdryer & shower products are available. There is a full length mirror for ease of getting ready in the room. They provide a free shuttle service to and from the Mall of Oman which is a few minutes drive from the hotel. Life functions, pool is not crowded (at least during February it was pretty empty). Every aspect you can think of is provided for and provided to a good standard. It is without a doubt a 5* hotel in my opinion. Overall, I truly have zero qualms about any aspect of my stay. I can be very picky and have quite high standards and expectations generally when it comes to customer service interactions and my holiday stays. I am actively anticipating the next opportunity I have to return back to this hotel. Each day for the last 9 days since I departed I have thought of my stay here and of each member of the hotels staff. This was my first time travelling alone and as a woman that is risky and terrifying. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of at this hotel. I never felt like a piece of meat. I was treated well and as a human at each turn. The room doors also have both a normal lock and a keychain lock, I was very grateful for this double safety feature. I was unable to get every name and the notes of the names I made were lost in the process of setting up a new phone. I unfortunately only remember a few names.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the so-called tourist office located inside the hotel. I arranged a desert trip through the representative there. We clearly agreed verbally on a specific price that included certain activities. The representative confirmed everything multiple times. However, when I was about to leave the desert camp, I was suddenly asked to pay an additional 30 OMR for quad bikes — an activity that was explicitly agreed to be included in the original price. This felt extremely dishonest and misleading. As soon as I returned to the hotel, I immediately reported the situation to hotel management. I was assured they would speak with the tourist office representative and resolve the issue. The General Manager personally promised to sort it out. Three days passed — and absolutely nothing happened. No update, no solution, no refund, no follow-up. Complete silence. It is very disappointing that a hotel allows this kind of tourist trap to operate on its premises and then takes no responsibility when guests are treated unfairly. Be very careful when booking trips through the tourist office at this hotel. Do not rely on verbal agreements and make sure everything is clearly documented. Otherwise, you may end up paying much more than expected.
