Slow to communicate. Do not respond to any messages. No dentel kit was provided until we didn't ask for it. Shower gel and shampoo were very limited. These things should be attached to the wall in the shower area so that we can use them as per need.

“New look, but service needs to catch up”

The property is currently undergoing renovations, and while the updates are visible, the experience is currently a bit of a work in progress. I stayed in the same room layout as my previous visits, but it has been refreshed with a new coat of paint. The Upgrades: There is now a much larger TV, though it currently serves only as decor since it hasn't been connected yet. The beds are very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The view from the window is good—not necessarily a major attraction, but it's a relief not to be facing directly into another building. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great perk. There is also a nice swimming pool, though the chlorine levels were quite high during my stay. On the bright side, the new coffee shop is a great addition

Scammers. The hotel collected the money but did NOT assign the room as booked because the hotel was UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS. Extremely TERRIBLE.

Hotel has been undergoing refurb and rebrand. It will be perfect again very soon because of awesome staff.

A great experience, mainly thanks to the staff. We arrived early in the morning due to an early flight and were able to arrange an early check-in for a very reasonable extra fee. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s not a top luxury hotel, but for what it offers, it’s absolutely worth it. The location is excellent, and there’s a fantastic Egyptian restaurant just a few steps from the hotel. We were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Good staff, had a chance to see how Centara chain is acquiring small hotel. Renovation is almost done, hope gonna be good hotel. Wish all the best.

I hope they open cenvaree spa again in the hotel.

“Good solution for budget travellers”

This is a good business hotel that we took, as we wanted to save on the budget by avoiding tourist hotels. We arrived shortly after the change of management, in fact, the hotel was previously called Centara, and we did not have any inconvenience or problems with the new managers. The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. Both are well-maintained. The rooms are simple, like any business hotel, but functional. The breakfast is good and rich, even if it is a bit standard. There are many restaurants on the street near the hotel, all within walking distance. The Lebanese restaurant is highly recommended. Parking in front of the hotel has always been available. In conclusion, excellent value for money.

The hotel was old and not very clean. It was very noisy at night. The air conditioning worked, but very poorly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
