Nice spot. Calm and secure place. Good breakfast, but for us it was more like a lunch (pittas, meat, vegetables, eggs, cheese, sausages and other local stuff). Well-designed apartments. Stable Wi-Fi.

Host / owner is great with communication and is very helpful. The villa is nicely designed and furnished and provides a comfortable stay. Very comfortable bed. WiFi works well in entire property. The common pool is great, quite large and well managed. The area where the villa is is some 40 km from Muscat so it is ideal for a peaceful get away but it requires a car if you plan on visiting around.

This was a highlight accomodation during our recent trip to Oman! From the very beginning the contact with the property owner, Ahmed, remained on a perfect level. He was exceptionally helpful and provided us with a detailed information how to get there. And during our stay he was making sure on a regular basis that everything goes well and we're satisfied with our stay.. Each morning a delicious Omani breakfast was delivered straight to our door. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. A nice, large pool is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the property. It's a highly recommended choice for those seeking for accomodation on the seaside but in a more intimate location than one offered by large hotels that belong to some international hotel chains.
