“Horrible.”
The property is not an apartment. It is a number of separate, very small, rooms off a public corridor in the basement of a house. You have to go our into the public corridor to go to the toilet or kitchen or bathroom. There is no door separating these rooms from the rest of the house so there is no privacy. The claim that there is an ensuite bathroom is simply false. The toilet is so small that it is very hard to use. There is no desk in the bedroom/living room. There is no bedside table or light, nor a switch for the ceiling light, so you have to get out of bed to switch the light on or off. All in all, it was the worst property I have ever encountered on Booking.com.

It basically a basement, not an apartment. There is no view of the mountains, there is no view at all because windows are barely 10 cm high.

“Only once”
The apartment is located in the basement, which doesn’t appear anywhere in the description The mountain views fettered to in the description weren’t available as the only thing we could see was the bottom of the terrace of the apartment where the owner lives and the street At check in, the owner didn’t specify check out time , he came the morning of the check out at 9:30am to tell us we have to leave by 10am Also nothing mentioned about paying for parking in the description, however we were charged 5€ a day for parking in their driveway We were also told to take out our garbage once we had already left the property , without anywhere to actually put it since the bins have been full during our entire stay and the pander wasn’t happy we had garbage after a 5 day stay … The bed provided isn’t a double bed, it’s actually a single bed that can have a drawer pulled out with a mattress at a separate level from the main bed so you can’t expect to sleep together The apartment itself was clean but the furniture was quiet dirty ( fabric chairs and couch) Also the pillows provided were in a very bad condition and extremely uncomfortable The toilet is extremely small and located under a staircase. One can barely fit in. I wouldn’t recommend the place for more than a night or 2 in passing through Murrhardt
