Not one of the worst, but the only worst hotel to stay in. The rooms seem like they have never been cleaned, and the staff behave as if they are doing you a huge favor — as if we owe them something. The bed sheets and quilts were literally stinky. There was even a centipede in my room, which I showed to the cleaner. Instead of being embarrassed, he simply crushed it under his foot and walked away. Water was leaking in the room and had reached near my bed. They also turned off my room heater, and when I asked them to turn it back on, they said that other rooms in the same row had requested it to be turned off — meaning others get to decide what you can or can’t do, even though you’re paying for your own room. What does their heater connection have to do with mine anyway? For less than half the price of this place, you can easily find much better rooms nearby. I usually stay at Dreamland Hotel — I have no idea why I made this terrible decision this time. Please read reviews before booking; they really help.

The best thing about the property is that,it is just a few steps from the GPO where you can easily access Mall Road.There was a variety of dishes in the breakfast which is good but the taste was ordinary.Hotel staff is cooperative.

Good staff good location.l, good view over all. Specially Rab Nawaz from front desk was very helpful and kind . Faizan from house keeping and Akabar from FnB were there for at your service.
