I stayed at Hotel One Bhurban for two nights. While there were a few issues during my stay that could be improved, the staff was very courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is also excellent, offering beautiful surroundings and convenient access to nearby attractions. Overall, despite some concerns that need attention, the positive attitude of the staff and the prime location contributed positively to my experience. I thank the team for their hospitality and wish them continued success.

The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good. Staff was very attentive and polite. Bathroom was nice and clean.

“Comfortable and peaceful”
Property was very clean and staff was very keen to help whenever we requested anything. Breakfast was also decent and fresh. They even gave us pass of PC Bhurbun where10% was off on food and entry was free also because of hotel one pass and staff informed us timely about the musical night at PC Bhurbun that was also free for us to attend.It was comfortable stay with no noise around.Overall it was great experience with great value for money.With these rates we were very impressed with all the facilities they provided .
