“Pleasant stay from start to end.”
The full experience from start to finish was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable also. We had hot water and all the facilities were in working order. The breakfast was very nice and all the food available was of very high quality. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting Murree and a special mention to Mohammed Bilal and Mr Ali for their brilliant customer service and professionalism.

“Overall a pleasant stay! :)”
I wanted a mountain view and really appreciated the hotel staff's gesture of upgrading my room for which I would like to thank the staff. The room was nicely decorated and was very clean. I have become a huge fan of Faletti's club sandwich - it is actually way better than what we get in famous restaurants. The hotel is a 5 min walk away from Mall Road which makes it even more central. Also I upgraded my stay for a day and overall it was a pleasant experience :)

The hotel was very nice neat and clean the staff was very professional especially mr. Bilal on reception was very helpful and his staff member helped us alot to stay and they showed up with very respectful and professional way....even the food was very tasty and very fresh...though when we checked in they served us with the complementary fruits which was very nice gesture to showed up with...Thanks For the Warm welcome and your hospitality of falettis Hotel..

“It is an amazing place to stay!”
It was an amazing experience; although approach through GPO Chowk was somewhat difficult yet we reached safely and enjoyed our stay. Mall Road at walking distance and no hassle on return route. Properly is really well constructed and well maintained with capacious room, neat and clean with all usual facilities of a 4 star hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Slightly expensive!
