“Worst ever”
Property was very dirty and not well maintained, things mentioned in booking.com were not available. We book the property from booking.com based on reviews, but it was very disappointing. I think booking.com should have a procedure to check properties regularly promoted on their website. In short this was the worst accommodation I ever had.

“Tremendous”
It's always been tremendous experience staying at 7K Heights Murree. Located on Excellent posh area of Murree. Neet and clean environment. Nice hospitality by the management specially the Owner Mrs. Qamar, remarkable customer care dealing, immediate response to guests to resolve the query. Easy market access. Beautiful mountain view from staying rooms. I strongly recommend 7K Heights for staying in Murree, your trip to Murree will not be completed if you will not stay at 7K Height.

“Needs maintenance of room if Owner is charging handsome rent”
Attending staff Waseem and Sweeper Pasha kept sleeping in the rooms which rooms are for clients and guests, no room cleaning, kitchen was really a mess-up, cloths were hanging on steel grill of stairs, carpets were burnt with iron marks on it no whitewash no maintenance of rest house, dirty curtains
