Great Location near train station. Quite town. Slow moving and no rush. Hills near the seafront offer good protection from tsunami.

“Room with a view”
1. The friendly helpful receptionists especially Mr Waseda, who personally came up to our room to address train noise concerns we had. He also recommended some good Izakayas within walking distance from the hotel. 2. The convenient free and safe off street parking in front of the hotel and covered area at the entrance which was great when loading our bags into our car as it rained when we checked out. 3. Free nice breakfast, ground coffee and friendly restaurant staff. 4. The hotel was easy to locate and conveniently situated near the train station. 5. The affordable washing machine and drier in the hotel accessible 24/7.

Free stay for a young child, free parking, free breakfast, cotton room wear, onsen on the 12nd floor. The room is bright, clean, silent, dark at night, with AC and all you need. There is no smoke odor. The bed is very comfortable. Kids get a gift bag. The staff was welcoming us warmly. Breakfast is a usual Japanese style menu, as people eat at home. I warmly recommend it!

“Surprisingly good hotel”
Surprisingly good hotel. We needed a stop along the route from Niseko to Chitose and encountered this hotel. Surprisingly large rooms and varied breakfast. Free parking next to the hotel was a big advantage.

“Great breakfast for a good price stay”
Location - it was right in front of the train station, 3 minutes walk. I wanted access to Noribetsu Jigokudani, so this is a good choice to stay so that I can make a day trip to Noribetsu station and catch the local bus into the valley. If you have all the timing right, it will be a breeze. All this at an affordable price for accommodation. The included breakfast was also a feast, the western-Japanese servings of fried food were good, but the fires were soft for putting out too long. There is also a welcome soda or alcohol for guest. Bonus if you like ramen, go look for the 2 stores behind the train station, hotel-side. The best of the 2 I've had so far.

“Good hotel in a good location”
Very good location, right next to Higashi-Muroran station. Staff was kind, and I had everything in the room what I needed. Also, there is public bath on the 12th floor, if you want to try it.
