“Little gem in Muroran”

Located 5 min away from the train station, the bedrooms are quite comfy, access to massage chairs and free coffee / ice cream. The onsen is really good but careful if you have tattoos you cannot enter.

The Dormy Inn Chain is always a pleasure. Nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything clean and the onsen and sauna experience! Free ice cream and ramen in the evenings. Microwaves and ice machines are available on some floors. Free washing machine use at the onsen area, dryers cost a few 100 Yen. As a woman you'll get a code for entering the onsen so don't forget the receipt where it's written on. Onsen area has lockers! Windows on the rooms can be opened a little, sleep wear is provided.

I love the facilities there. They have public bath that have complete with toiletries together with facial wash and even hair tie and also comb. Then they have free yakult, ice cream and ramen. They also have massage chair. They staffs all are nice. They provide machine for self checkin.

Very nice comfortable hotel, very good price (I paid around 13.000 yen for 2 nights) for the quality and service provided. Free Onsen, free ice cream, free nightly Ramen, free tea and coffee, free massage chairs... Awesome!

“Great stay with excellent service”

The spa area was excellent and really relaxing. The room was a bit small, but very well equipped and everything was in great condition. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We especially appreciated the many complimentary items, such as ice cream, soup, and more. We had to check out earlier than planned, and the hotel handled everything with Booking.com for us, which made the situation completely stress-free.

Excellent amenities including free night time ramen, Yakult in morning, nice cozy room and nice onsen.

Nice hot spring and free ramen

I like the most is the onsen and half-sized ramen provided as supper. We went for onsen in the evening and directly have our ramen as supper after onsen. That's a great and enjoyable moments during our stay.

“Good hotel for a short stay, close to restaurants”

Onsen was amazing and tattoos are allowed if you cover them up, they even sell covering stickers at the reception. I really appreciate this accommodation for foreigners while keeping Japanese customs! staff was friendly, checkin was quick and easy, parking was cheap and convenient.
