Murat is a very beautiful village whith perfect surroundings for hiking. Auberge Volcan was a good choise for us too. Very nicie hoste.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Yes, it was up many stairs, but we knew this beforehand and the owner offered to help with our luggage.

Beautifully appointed rooms, gorgeous food for dinner and breakfast, lovely hosts, thank you very much. We also parked right out front on the road, very quiet village (we were there for skiing nearby).

Nice hotel. Big room and nice bathroom on the 3rd floor. The hotel owner was really helpful when I arrived later than planned by bike. Good value and a nice location near the centre of town.

I had a good night's rest in a clean, comfortable room. It helped me walk the next day. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. I will definitely come back next time.

Host kindly allowed us to check in early as we were on bikes and the rain had set in… even though he was busy with his lunch guests.

If you wish to book an hôtel and feel at home, this is definitely the right address. You will be welcomed, and the staff is so extremely friendly that you won’t wish to leave

The proprietor was very cordial and hospitable. The room was enormous with a nice view and an up-to-date bathroom, well worth the walk up the stairs. The internet worked well, and the room had numerous electric outlets. Everything was sparkling clean. We also enjoyed a home-cooked style dinner with foods of the region in the restaurant in the hotel. We noticed that many locals eat there. Breakfast was very nice. Free parking was just across the street, and we left our car there to explore the town and see a cattle fair one block away. All in all, a nice find.
