“A wonderful stay for our honeymoon”

We stayed at this hotel for our short honeymoon and loved it. Beautiful hotel on the island of Murano. Overlooking the main canal, the view was beautiful especially after dark. We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We arranged a return to the airport via the hotels taxi service. A small charge of €22 per person and so worth it. A great way to arrive to an airport via boat. There was a restaurant and bar at the front of the hotel Rivalonga where we had a lovely meal and good drinks. The staff here were also fab, made us feel welcome and made us laugh a lot. Hotel room was large and spacious. Clean with plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

“Unacceptable Conditions for a 4-Star Stay”

From the moment we arrived in the suite, the issues were obvious: stains on the walls, a clipped fingernail on the floor, and damaged furniture (a torn ottoman, stained fabrics). The sofa bed was in a deplorable condition, with an unmade mattress covered in yellow stains, and even a visible blood stain when we turned it over. No real solution was offered despite our complaints, apart from putting clean sheets over it (!). We ended up having to sleep three people in a double bed. The manager left without resolving the situation that same evening because she had “finished her shift,” even though we had informed her two hours earlier. She simply told us to “please rest” and to deal with the other manager the next day. The following day, the other manager offered a 50% discount after we refused to pay the full price for the suite. This gesture does not make up for such a terrible experience. We booked a suite in a 4-star hotel for €400 per night expecting peace of mind and a clean place to sleep — and we got neither. Unworthy of a 4-star hotel. I do not recommend it.

Super comfortable bed, nice hot shower, beautiful room design, friendly staffs. Super friendly staff(didn't get her name, middle age lady with short hair) at the breakfast buffet! She made our stay even better. It was a nice decision to book the hotel in Murano instead of venezia main land. The boats come and go very often.

Location wad good, could get on and off water bus to other island from right outside the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly but overworked.

“A peaceful, beautiful hotel with exceptionally attentive staff”

Excellent place to stay away from the bustle of Venice. The facilities are beautiful and the staff were consistently attentive and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I felt very well looked after. On arrival I was even given a complimentary room upgrade. The team were also very helpful with advice on what to see and the best ways to get around. The location was fantastic and it was easy to get to and from Venice,
