Very friendly and helpful family, nice view, perfect location close to (but not directly on the narrow road along) the water and clean and tidy. Loved the house wine they offered us.

Super friendly & very helpful hosts. Easy check in, we were met at property. The big parking area at the property is very useful as parking in Kotor is quite difficult. We had a fantastic stay in Nickola Lux apartments, and the apartments are exactly as the picture with the most fabulous balcony for views of Kotor, the lake & mountains. We had everything we needed & the sofa bed also came in handy. Comfy big double bed, very peaceful.This is on the quieter side of the lake, with an easy walk into the old town. Definitely recommend. Thank you for everything.

Nice clean modern apartment with stunning views. Great place to swim just down from the apartment. Had everything we needed. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the views from. Location was good as away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor. The first few days we didn't have a car and found it was a bit of a long walk to go to Kotor when it was hot. The host was really helpful and organised for a boat to collect us at the jetty in front of the apartment to the Blue Cave. One small thing - there was no top sheet on the bed. However, once they understood what we were after they promptly provided us with one.

“a real 10/10 !!!”
Absolutely everything!! amazing view, super spacious, clean, in a quiet place and sooo comfortable. And the best part was the little pier in front of the house where you can go for a swim at any time of the day. I will advise anyone to go to Nikola Lux apartments when they go to kotor!!

Very well located. Very well equipped. Airconditioners in both rooms. Washing machine available for use. Fridge worked a charm. The apartment had everything we needed.

“Very Good- would go again”
The Apartment was very clean and modern, it had one large bed in the bedroom and a big sofa bed in the living room. The host was very helpful, he was continuously checking on us before arriving so he can welcome us. the view is amazing from the balcony ( which is shared with the other room) and there is a paring available if you have a car. kotor city center is about 3 4 mins away if you have a car.

“Views make the apartment, great value would definitely recommend.”
The views sell this property. Waking up in the morning with the view of Kotor, unfortunately usually blocked by a humungous cruise ship for most of the day, obviously not the apartments fault. But the views are still brilliant. The apartment is fully functional everything works and had no issues with anything. Bed was gigantic and came with extra pillows which is the difference between a good and bad nights sleep.

One of the best and most beautiful views I've ever seen. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful village about 20 minutes walk to the old town. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly.
