“It was horrible”

I booked this hotel for my kids to be able to swim only to find out the pool wasn’t available and had to find another hotel. Didn’t receive my full refund even though I should have since you didn’t actually have the amenities that you listed were available online.

Limited selections for breakfast. Not a vert clean hotel was very disappointed for what we paid for that room. It was bad.

“Do NOT stay there - I wouldn’t stay there for free!!!”
Just horrible- there’s was nothing to like except the location. It’s dirty as can be in the lobby and dirt in the hallways on the way to the room. It even got worse when we walked in the door the room looked like somebody got murdered in there with broken lamps, pillows dishovelled and so dirty. At least the front desk person gave us a refund as we spent the night at a very nice hotel in Andersonville since all the other hotels were filled due to the triathalon!
