Also, having the room boy ring the bell at 12 midnight just to obtain a signature for a room service bill was highly unprofessional and quite disturbing. I hope the management addresses these service lapses to ensure a better guest experience in the future.”.

I was not given my room under the pretext of booking saying day time booking no overnight stay while the booking also said checkin on 26th and checkout on 27th The property very well knew that it was a technical glitch of Booking.com but they did not give me the room so It’s a pathetic thing to do to a customer.
