“Very average, needs a little work done, but it’s an good society to live in.”
Location and also this society in general is maintained well. I lived here for 4 to 5 years when it was newly built. The apartment needs some work done, paint job, there are rats freely moving around in the kitchen.

“It was all dirty. The place was sticking. The doors were rusty. Definitely not worth the price.”
Nothing about the property was likeable it was unclean and stinking. The bathroom pipes were broken. It was dirty and felt disgusting

The location was good. MR ramanad was very attentive and good. Made me feel comfortable. Good view from the balcony. The room was comfortable. The washroom was clean n neat. Very big though.
