I have booked one room for 2 nights. The room provided me with one of the bad one .... noise of the railways and aeroplane noise..... whole nights noise full .... I couldn't sleep well. I have requested to upgrade the room and I will pay extra also but they didn't provide me. It is one of the bad impressions of my life the room booked from booking.com was very Bad.

My recent 15-day stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was tossed between two non-functional rooms - one with a broken AC and the other with weak WiFi. Throughout my stay, the AC remained broken, and to add to the discomfort, the shower and hand bidet in the washroom were also broken. Additionally, the TV didn't work. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I hope they address these issues for future guests.
