“Amazing hotel, room itself was a bit mehh”
Super friendly personal, with a cosy restaurant (which serves fresh and good tasting food). Location was also pretty. We could store our bags during the day. Walking to the train station the next day was done within 10 minutes.

“Whenever I return to Mumbai I'll definitely stay here anyday.”
The Hotel was at walking distance from Mumbai Central Station and even the staff was polite and kind. I usually do not drop reviews but it won't be fair if I don't drop one for them. Anyone travelling alone or with family MUST STAY because of the prime location. The Hotel is near to Mumbai Central Railway Station and Grant Road Metro is also 200 mtrs from the Hotel. Even the Hotel Staff provided me the economical ways for my trip.

“A good value budget stay in a great location in Mumbai”
Location is fantastic now the metro stops about 5 minutes away. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The restaurant is also very good and I ate breakfast there each morning which was very good value. The room was comfortable enough for the price.

We had breakfast everyday they made very quickly and tasty.We used to stay in kumkum once a year for sure.staffs are very friendly and helpful managers are standard specially all the staffs speak English.They kept us very comfortable as our own place.I wish all the best and good luck for kumkum.Keep it up guys stay blessed

Very friendly staff. There was no lift in the hotel, but the staff helped carry the luggage. The location was perfect, accessible to colaba causeway, marine drive and gateway of India. Good food and room service was excellent Budget and family friendly hotel
