I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception team was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. All the staff were polite and professional throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, especially being near the airport, which made travel easy. However, it is situated on a very busy road, so that’s something to keep in mind. The room charges were affordable and offered good value for money. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the room service food was also tasty and reasonably priced. The only drawback during my stay was the mattress, which was not firm at all and could be improved for better comfort. Overall, it was a good stay with friendly service, convenient location, and fair pricing. I would consider staying here again.

“don’t bother!”
Sadly, for the money paid I’m afraid it was just awful, check in was fine however that’s where it ended. there were No towels in the room, no toilet paper and no wi-fi. we’d had a very long journey and was desperate for a shower and sleep before a 3 am flight next morning. we rang to reception, the toilet paper came right away however it was 5 hours before we got towels after asking repeatedly. not to much to ask for for that huge price tag for India. the room was worth £10 not £64 it is not as nice as the photos. no wi-fi so couldn’t check in for next flight or contact our son to with onward plans. I could go on about broken toilet. couldn’t flush it. or the fact the boxes that should have contained toiletries were empty. feel ripped off over priced and under delivered.
