The staff were welcoming and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived late after a long journey. Service was good during breakfast as well. We only stayed for a night to break a journey and it was a nice, clean room, had a restful stay.

We have had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered till the moment we went out, this is what happened: once we arrived in this “high level hotel” they gave us a room full of dirty blankets that they had to change everything again once we arrived. But it’s what happened next that deeply impacted on our peace and permanence: 1) after we went to the city center of Multan for a brief visit, in the evening, once we came back, we asked if they could provide us a couple of white ropes used in Pakistan as a belt for fixing the shalwar kameez, and they provided us 2 used ones charging us as if they were new. 2) after we reached the room we found out that even the towels were actually used and not clean with some “strange” brown colour on them… We reported what happened at the reception and they were in the typical fake “sorry sir” modality. But if everything was not enough for the level of the hotel, after we reached the restaurant for dinner, one of the managers of the hotel reached us for asking if everything was ok and we reported that they gave us an unclean Room. Well, he started to accuse us that when the room was “re-cleaned” after our first arrival, we didn’t report any other issue. So, like if it was our fault. In that moment we really exploded after this all and he immediately understood to have mistaken, saying multiple times the typical fake “sorry sir” again. After all, just when the reception realized how much we got affected by the situation, they offered us a bucket of fruit that we declined asking instead for a full refund or to a similar solution, option that it hasn’t been considered. Stay away from this hotel, at this price, in Multan you can find several other much more comfortable places where they won’t treat you as rubbish, but with respect and care. The only good point waste parking security, they were good guys.
