“Would stay here again”

The check in was smooth, straight forward and easy. When I checked in it was very late and the restaurant had already closed. The receptionist was extremely kind and made me a cheese platter. I was very grateful to her after a long day of travelling. The breakfast selection was extensive, the bread and pastries were delicious.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. However, there is some building work and we were assigned a room in the second building, only a short stroll away but metal stairs that the dog struggled with. A pleasant park across the road to exercise the dog in. Outside space for breakfast was a bonus.

The "Le Mans theme" gave it a little more character than most chain hotels can manage.

Location perfect for our needs. Staff friendly, Buffet breakfast very good ( had forgotten how good real butter tasted), pets welcomed.

It is a building site. I arrived after 11 pm and was put in an adjacent building, given two keys one for the lift which is not working, no signage of how to get into the building so had to go back to reception for help, the receptionist was very helpful and came with me to show me to my room

Friendly staff and great location. A very good breakfast, dinner was very good and well presented although our 'medium rare' beef was very over cooked. Otherwise very good.

Breakfast was very good although I would have liked some fresh fruit. I liked being able to plug my phone into the bedside USB port. (Pity one side was broken) The bathroom was spacious and the shower powerful which we loved. There was plenty of well designed storage space. We liked the theme running throughout the hotel qnd the staff were very helpful.

Very conveniently located with helpful staff, and amazingly free charging for my electric car. Well done IBIS.
