Property is a lovey renovated cottage. Very clean. Internet works well with a big tv in a comfortable living room. Lovely outdoor area with a beautiful calm stream passing by. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable and clean. Short walk to the town. Quiet and isolated for privacy. Good parking.

Comfortable and handy from the canal and town. Easy to store bikes when stopping on the Greenway.

We were staying purely as a stop over. Place was easy to find, easy to access, very comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathroom. We arrived late and left early but would happily stay here for an extended trip to the area.

have stayed here many times with my daughter and granddaughter, lovely clean, tidy cosy cottage, plenty of hot water. breakfast was excellent, lovely little pastries & plenty of coffee, supplies for a fry in the fridge for us, bread, ham, butter, milk also. lovely private garden with stream along the seating area. loads of parking space beside house which was good. great value for a whole house uninterrupted, will definitely return.

“Disappointed”

The house was very dirty, there was crumbs on the benches, dirty dishes in the cupboard, out of date milk and pkt of opened ham and cheese in the fridge. There was long blonde hairs on the kitchen and bathroom floor and the bedding did not seem to be clean. The accommodation is all very comfortable but the cleanliness and hygiene was very poor. I prefer to say nothing rather than complain but this was a very disappointing experience for my grandchildren.

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 days at River Cottage. We are a family of 5 3 adults and 1 year old twins. The cottage was very clean and tidy , comfortable beds. Breakfast bread and milk left for us in the fridge was excellent. Bonus of having babies with us the washing machine excellent. Will definitely book this cottage again. Jim & Jackie from Scotland .

Lovely cottage. The hosts went above and beyond in stocking food for us. There were supplies for a fry as well as lots of milk and cereal choices.

Lovely, warm, spacious, all the facilities available to use.
