“Horrible experience 😪”

Unfortunately I am unable to give full feedback as there was no one at the gate to welcome us. Our calls went unanswered. We couldn't gain access to the facility. Please help me to get my money back

The water stopped working. The staff was great about fixing it, just for it to stop again. For the price I feel that the facility was not worth it. It was INCREDIBLY filthy.

We have visited the strawberry farm before and enjoyed that part of the property.

Location 100% if tranquility is what you're looking for, nice and quiet but still not to far from the mall. Farm style setting and nicely rustic. Friendly and informative staff.

Great potential, but run down.

I loved the peaceful tranquillity and beautiful scenery...definitely is value for money, is more than just a farm..has all your necessities wish it could have been a longer stay to enjoy the peacefulness.

All was good. Only had heavy rains hence we had no electricity. Jack was exceptional in service, friendly and helpful.

Jack is an amazingly friendly host Him and the family that owns the farm went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Waking up to seeing a family of peacocks and a farm of ripe strawberries was great. The food and fresh strawberry infused beverages were absolutely devine Mom Enjoyed her relaxing full body massage, The kids had a great time at the pool and interacting with farm animals while riding ponies. The place is tranquil and away from city noise, with creative touches all around We can't thank Jack enough We will definitely be visiting the place again soon Our car broke down and they helped us with open hearts

This place are crooks. They claim we slept there but not. The 4 people I had booked for couldnt get anyone cos there's not even a reception area there. The people called me to say there's no one there. I called them 5 times and got no answer. Bcos it was at night I had to find an emergency accommodation for the people. Thereafter they claimed that a couple and 2 kids came to sleep there ans were sent by me. How was that possible. I gave the names of the people Iand contact numbers but they could not confirm who are the people who slept there. They are incompetent. Booking.com has let me down by paying them for crooks. I'm still fighting for my refund and that was in March 2025

Very dissapointed. Phones hardly got answered. Staff is not aware of what is going on with bookings... The buildings need serious maintenance. No interior doors. Doors squeaky. Paid for an extra bed, which we did not get. Staff weren't aware of the bed?? I will not refer anybody to stay there!! The buildings are in very bad condition!!

Jack was the only helpful employee that assisted when I needed help very late in the evening finding the correct room. The nature is very beautiful, but i would rather pay a bit more next time for one of the other venues in the area.

Room inside were clean , Clean white linen All utiltities in room and bathroom worked ( i e bedside lamps , lights, fan , fridge) Mosquito repellant in room were welcome and worked well .

I made a booking and there was a confirmation after payment was made. We told them when to expect us (arrival time). When we got to their gates, we stayed for more 2 hours and no one pitched up. We called their number countless times and no body picked up the phone and we left. There is no refund till now.
