--at arrival got the message "we have noisy party till 1a.m."...but selling rooms at booking!

good location of the hotel in a quiet road, the rooms are spacious and with all facilities however bathrooms and showers are quite old, it smells like sewage, the one in my room definitely needs replacing as it is well used and covered with mold.

Disgusting attitude of management to their guests. When booking a minimum of 2 weeks before arrival, the management informed me that the hotel would be holding a banquet and the room could be noisy exactly 2 days before my arrival. Specifying that the event will end no later than 00:00, which in principle is illegal in Ukraine as in the event can be held until 23:00. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the banquet will be held until 2 or 3 in the morning, assuring that the rooms are not available to relocate us. As a result, the binge ended at 4:30 am, numerous complaints, the hotel management did not respond. The most disgusting thing is that at this banquet Russian pop music was playing, which is illegal in Ukraine and extremely inappropriate during the war. After the event naturally the staff was busy cleaning and due to the fact that there is no noise isolation in the rooms, sleep did not happen. The next morning we were horrified to see that the hotel restaurant was preparing for a new banquet which no one warned us about. We were forced to check out of the room, the hotel agreed to refund only a portion of the room reservation. In addition to the disgusting treatment of guests, you will find the whole outdated hotel with below average conditions, namely: - Complete lack of noise isolation - Dirty windows - Lack of personal hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.), instead there are shabby soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. - Shower stall that does not close - Analog TV in 2023, no smart TV or Internet. - Slow Wi-Fi, about 6–7 Mbps - Insufficient number of outlets, you have to choose what to turn on, a night lamp or a refrigerator. - Minibar is empty, not even water. - No cups in the room - Cracks on the walls in the room I highly recommend you do not waste your time and money on this disgusting place. As the history of reviews shows, this is standard for this hotel and nothing changes over the years.

Pretty close to the city centre. Receptionist was helpful and accommodative

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful! The staff very helpful and they are pet friendly, so we were very happy with our 1 night stay. We definitely will come back.

“Cosy atmosphere and comfortable rooms”

All the facilities and services. The room was big and comfortable with one double bed and two single beds for kids. The bathroom was quite big. Especially I liked the restaurant and morning coffee. The prices are not so cheap but the meals worth their money. My best regards and thanks.

It was nice clean room for one person which allowed me to be with my pets for additional money. It was also nice experience to have a roof windows and I had fresh clean air. I liked the interior inside the hotel and hospitality of the stuff member.

Perfect location close to center of Muchacevo. Secured parking in front of hotel. Friendly receptionist and waiters in restaurant. Rooms were very nice and clean. Highly recommended.
