“There are better options to stay over night before the border. Very basic and slightly overpriced.”
The hotel is very basic. It's okay for an overnight stay, but there are better options near the border. There is free private parking onsite. There is a restaurant at the hotel; however, the food and service were average. The room was clean but very basic. The staff were generally good, but not very welcoming.

“Wonderful hotel in great position.”
From the time we arrived till the time we left, staff were excellent, and very helpful. The Ferdinand is excellently located in the river, with secure parking and lovely views. The hotel is modern, well maintained and rooms huge. We booked a suite with river view, and were very happy. Breakfast in morning was adequate, and fresh. The restaurant doesn't open till 8 am for breakfast which I think is a little late, 730 would be better for business travel, but this is the norm in Ukraine where many don't open till 9. We will definately start here again, and in fact have already booked for our next visit to thee area.

“Disappointing, not the service you would like when spending a night.”
Not many standouts! There was a party during our stay, we had to ask staff to turn the volume down and we could still hear it thumping. Breakfast wasn't very good either. For the most expensive hotel in the area it did not meet expectations at all.

Beautiful hotel located along the river that crosses the town. My room, located in upper corner of the hotel had a beautiful view. The restaurant works very well and serves delicious food well prepared.

“A great stay for business or family trips!”
Breakfast was delicious, and so was supper on the day of our arrival. The food was delicious and fresh. The prices for food were competitive, if not lower than in other restaurants in the city. Customer service was great. The beds were comfortable. And the location was perfect.
