“Comfortable hotel in nice location and a nice pool.”
I liked the pool, size, temperature and view. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was strong and got a good temperature range. I also liked the sauna.

As we are travel agent we tried reaching so many times before guest check in, but there is no proper contact, no response to emails, also told not to ask payment to the guest but in the reservation they have asked the payment, which was very insulting for us. not happy with the service.

The location of the hotel is great and the view to lake Kivu and DRC is fantastic. The staff are all very service minded and very nice. The breakfast is great. The security at the hotel is good.
