“We'll be back”
It is a hotel in a perfect location. It may seem old-fashioned to some, but it's perfectly fine with me. The staff is very friendly. If you need a day to relax while traveling, this is the ideal solution. Breakfast is good. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

“A shady nook on the coast”
The setting is lovely. On site parking is a great bonus, as is the pool. The staff are lovely, but don't expect concierge English or knowledge. Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent - mainly fish and seafood, and a lovely atmosphere.

On my motorcycle journey from Amsterdam to Croatia, I stumbled upon this charming hotel just meters from the border. It feels like stepping into an old well-to-do Aunt's holiday home—nostalgic and in need of a little love, but undeniably endearing. My stay was nothing short of amazing. The owners were fantastic, making me feel right at home. It's clear that this place is a favorite among regulars, and I can see why. The hotel's restaurant is a highlight, opening up to a huge balcony with tables shaded perfectly for a relaxed meal. The kitchen serves fresh, daily catches that make for a delightful dining experience. It brought back fond memories of my childhood family holidays, especially with the massive swimming pool in the garden. One memorable evening, I enjoyed a great dinner followed by perhaps a bit too much wine and grappa. I ended up sharing motorcycle adventure stories with the owners late into the night—an unexpected and delightful bonus to my stay. The hotel offers ample parking, which made me feel secure leaving my motorcycle overnight. The area is very quiet and safe, providing a peaceful retreat. I will definitely be back on my way to another destination. This place is a hidden gem that offers a nostalgic, comfortable stay with wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great location near the border with Slovenia, with efficient and punctual buses both ways. Handy for swimming in the Adriatic, but big saltwater pool for those who prefer not to. Friendly and efficient staff Aircon good

Great location - just a 2-minute walk from the beach and good for a trip to Trieste by a car.:) An amazing swimming pool with salty water and if you book a room with a balcony and a sea view - you will really enjoy it! They clean the room very well. The place had great potential (despite older furniture and equipment) if used properly. Breakfast is not like in the pictures, but good :) (but the same every day).
