Breakfast fixings were provided.. The location was absolutely perfect - close to everything and walking distance. Everything you could want was provided and sitting out on the balcony after a day's drive was very relaxing.

This property is perfect, beautifully furnished it had everything we needed and the best part was it is totally accessible for my needs. It’s located in a very quiet part of Mudgee.

Apartment was beautifully appointed and in a really convenient location - short walk to cafes, shops, pubs etc. Lots of info brochures in apartment was great. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Technology in apartment was first rate - smart tv, excellent air con etc. Lift to apartment made getting luggage up and down very easy.

Overall, the top floor unit was lovely with high-end appliances, furniture, and fittings, but there were numerous issues and disappointments that let it down, especially for the price! It started out with incorrect instructions on where to find the key to access the unit upon arrival. As the key wasn't where we were told it would be, I tried many times to contact the owner via the mobile number we were given, but there was no answer. My husband rang the hotel business the owner stated in the arrival instructions that she also owns, but could only leave a message with staff as she wasn't there at the time. So then I sent a text message and an email to try to get in touch with her, but she finally rang back after her hotel staff managed to pass on our message, and we were told where to find the key, which was around the other side of the building and not at the entrance detailed in the instructions. First impressions was that it was absolutely lovely, and it was great to find fresh milk, eggs, bacon, bread and butter in the fridge, and a complimentary bottle of wine (thank you). That was much appreciated! 😊 But then we found the bin hadn't been properly emptied as there were 3 empty wine bottles left from previous occupants, and the kitchen floor was not vaccummed properly as it was gritty under foot and you could see dirt still lying on the floor. There was a coffee machine, which was nice, but there were only 2 coffee pods for 2 people staying 2 nights, and no single-serve instant coffee packets either, whereas there was plenty of sugar and teabags available. While there was a washing machine, there was only an empty box of laundry liquid pods, so obviously, there was supposed to be some provided but it had not been replenished. One of the bathroom towels was discoloured (off-white) and had old stains on it. The bedroom door handle was very loose, and it felt like it could come off.
