Nice and spacious for 3 people. Modern bathroom, beautiful high ceilings, great heaters. Good location, quick to get into town and easily within walking distance if we'd had more time

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend at the Bower. A comfy bed each with our own rooms. As it is a bit out of town, we enjoyed the walk in and out of town and to the neighbouring cheese and wine tasting. Perfect!

We appreciate that owner came and cleaned the filthy bbq and fixed the lock on bedroom door. Here are the items need improving; * no wine glasses * no tea towels *tv remote not working properly *very poor outside lighting when we arrived back in the dark. Suggest some sensor lights for the walk from the car park and down the side of the house * instructions were missing for stove top and coffee maker therefore we couldn't use them *no wifi *hallway lighting poor - the light at the front door was flicking in and off General feedback for booking.com is that whilst it was spacious, there is only one bathroom so not practical for 8 guests.

Great location and beautiful heritage home

The accommodation was in the same building as the Cooking School plus a short drive or walk into town. The beds were super comfy and there was a spacious bathroom.

It is a nice older house with the high pressed metal ceilings and solid timber panel doors. As described, the kitchenette is small but fairly appointed and catered well for our simple breakfasts. There was plenty of room for four adults. We found the location was conveniently to town while not being in town. We also enjoyed popping next door for a very entertaining wine tasting with Johnny at the small wine makers. The complementary rocky road was delicious!

It’s a beautiful property and very close to town centre and vineyards. We received a beautiful gift of rocky road and bottle of wine. Host was easily contactable. The bedrooms were very roomy and nice and warm with heaters in each room

Property was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for our purpose for being there. Having a winery next door was a nice touch. The photos of the property made it look pretty good on the booking site but it was even better than what I expected when I got there.

Great location. Neat and Tidy. Very spacious, enough for a small group and is as cute as a button with alot of charm. Good communication with hosts. Will Definitely stay again.
