We had a lovely stay. The place was perfect for us - right in the middle of town, easy walking distance for food and drinks and easy street parking too. Comfortable and cosy and the perfect base for our day trips out to the local wineries. Donna was such a thoughtful and considerate hostess who helped make our weekend special, we couldn't be happier!

The bed was against a wall, however we were told of this before we arrived and had the option to cancel. We were expecting a "Tiny House" but the accommodation was really nothing more than a new/modern granny flat.

We had a wonderful stay at the studio on Lewis in Mudgee. You can tell straight away that a lot of thought has gone into the space, every detail feels intentional, warm, and welcoming. The studio itself was cosy and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Donna was fantastic throughout our stay. She was attentive, helpful, and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. The location is also ideal, close enough to walk to great cafes, shops, and everything Mudgee has to offer, yet still quiet and relaxing. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautifully presented studio with a wonderful host. Highly recommend and would happily return!

“Cozy, comfortable.”

Cozy and comfortable describes the studio perfectly. The hosts advised us in advance that the queen size bed is situated against a wall on one side, which might be an accessibility issue for some guests, but was fine for us. Discounting that one drawback as we were pre-advised, everything else was above our expectations. The bathroom and fittings are modern and spacious. Hands down the best shower we’ve had on our eight weeks on the road so far. We never saw our hosts and appreciated their respect for our privacy. However, the attention to detail in preparing the studio for guests was incredible. We felt welcome immediately. Cookies on counter etc, all as you would expect for a highly rated privately owned apartment. But finding a small first aid kit under the sink just astounded me. Not that we needed it, but clearly these hosts take guest comfort and hospitality seriously. By contrast we have moved on to finish our trip at a very pricey high class hotel of repute in Medlow Bath and found everything here a disappointment after staying in the Studio on Lewis.

Excellent location central to town. Everything you needed at the property. The sofa bed lounge was very comfortable as was the bed. Bathroom area very roomy and hot showers every time. All facilities you need for your stay. Quiet location and we had perfect weather for our stay.

This studio was BEAUTIFUL. I was very impressed. Linen sheets were a lovely touch and little extras , like a hair straightener.

The studio was quite charming, with loads of natural light, large shower room, comfortable bed and sofa, and sufficient clothes storage space for a short stay. There were thoughtful touches, like biscuits in the kitchen and luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. Our host provided clear instructions for accessing the studio. She also kept in touch and made it easy to ask for anything we required or get recommendations for things to do during our stay. The property location was excellent - just a short stroll to the main street. We would happily stay here again, and recommend to others.
