Individual bedrooms for 4 separate people. The design was lovely and outdoor area was nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were well designed and contained everything we needed.

The house was very comfortable, with lovely furnishings. The bathrooms were all clean and a great bathtub. The showers were steamy & good water pressure. The kitchen was well appointed.The beds also comfortable.

Our family enjoyed 4 nights here. The house is well equipped and the fireplace was very welcome for the cold evenings. The hosts were accommodating and helped with a cot and high chair for our grand-daughter. The home is comfortable and the linen was of good quality. Note: the coffee machine is a Lavassa and although a good number of pods were supplied we were unable to easily find a supply at the shops. We would love to return.

The location was perfect for a short walk into town. Our dog loved the spacious backyard, and we enjoyed many meals outside. Thank you for the gift of wine and for providing thoughtful extras like cling wrap, paper towels, and BBQ cleaners. Liss was very helpful.

It was amazing , in perfect location to the CBD and parks. The rooms were spacious and so clean and well looked after. The beds were perfect, extremely comfortable. So much information was provided as well as basic items for day to day use.

Lovely property. Location fairly close to town both by car and if walking. Spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked well with appliances and cooking implements. Backyard was enormous - great idea having a fire pit. Genuinely appreciated that pets were welcome. Apartment residing cocker spaniel was in heaven in the backyard and curled up by the fire. Local treats on arrival were a lovely touch.

The house was beautifully presented, very well decorated and appointed . It had everything we wanted, and more . We enjoyed the luxurious setting of Fairborn Cottage and Mudgee immensely .
