“Beautiful house inside and out, but plumbing issues letting it down”
The house is beautiful and was a really nice weekend, however the plumbing in the house really seems to be struggling and there seems to be a smell throughout the house of serwage. I noted there were a few comments in recent reviews of the same issues. It is a real shame that this is letting the property down at current.

“Perfect in every way!”
The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We had a group of 8 ladies and it was perfect. Location was fabulous - great places to eat within 200m. Everything about this property was amazing and the host was also fabulous, allowing us early entry to drop our things off and giving us a list of recommendations for places to eat, etc.

House was amazing 👏 5 huge bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms, super kitchen, bbq and yard. Everything you could think of, it was a great place to spend catching up with friends. So close to town, easy walk to pubs, cafes and shops. Just loved it

House was spotlessly clean & within walking distance to so many places in Mudgee. We left the car behind for much of the time. Everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend was included in terms of appliances, seating, bedding etc Ducted aircon kept us comfortably warm. House is beautifully furnished and we were able to utilise the outdoors woodfire to sit outside even though it was a chilly night. Little extras supplied, such as Vegemite, oil, condiments & detergent, were appreciated.

Small things only. 10 mugs/10 people, one generally has more than one hot drink a day-no spares should there be a breakage. Really needs towel/clothing hooks in bedrooms and fire tools please.
