Stunning salon with such amazing vibes and a gorgeous, welcoming team. The whole experience at Billi The Salon was lovely and everyone made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, the cut I asked for wasn’t quite what I received. The cut itself is beautiful and the stylist clearly has talent, but a lot more length was taken off than I wanted. I had been growing my hair for the last two years, so I left feeling a little upset about losing so much of it. Overall still a beautiful salon experience with lovely staff.

The hotel facilities were lovely and very clean and stylish. The staff were exceptional and were happy to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. Gigis restaurant was exceptional and the food and staff were amazing.

The receptionist on duty on the night we arrived provided exceptional service because we were arriving late. She phoned to check our progress because reception cloed at 9:00 pm, in case we needed to use an alternative procedure to access our room key. We had breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was delicious and very well presented. The staff were cheery and communicative. The coffee was top quality. The restaurant is a very pleasant area to dine in.

We really enjoyed our stay. the room was tidy, spacious and well stocked. we stayed in the Dawn suite. we liked the little touches like the shortbread and apples - the artwork on the wall was also nice. The bed was large and comfy and the shower had good water pressure and was nice and hot! We ate breakfast at the restaurant down stairs each day and it was always delicious, just a little bit busy on the Saturday morning. I used the gym which was well stocked, but one of the sides of the cable machine was broken, but otherwise fine! I didnt use the pool but it looked like it had a really good vibe - lots of other people were using it for afternoon cocktail hour. We also visited Jila wellness for the infrared sauna which was great to have onsite. Overall, we loved our stay!
