“Excellent”
The presentation and facilities were great. We meet our host on arrival and found her to be delightful. The position of 70 on Mortimer could not have been better. There was 4 of us staying in 2 units and all really enjoyed our stay.

“Very comfortable, convenient accommodation in Mudgee”
Lovely well presented property, even the carpark was attractive with viburnum shrubs around the perimeter and nice white pebble stones!! The kitchen was well equipped with a table to sit at and also a full-sized fridge. There was good light in our 'Flamingo' apartment, especially in the kitchen in the morning. The balcony would have been good to use but it was too cold during our trip. The apartment was very convenient to the centre of Mudgee.

“Perfection!”
Where to begin?! I can't believe my luck at finding such a beautiful place to stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Coffee, chocolate and a nice bottle of wine were a generous welcome. Everything was immaculately clean, and the space smelled lovely and fresh. Situated on the doorstep of the town centre too. It really is a lush and lovely place to stay.

“A lovey stay within walking distance of the town centre.”
We received pre visit information about Mudgee to prepare us for our visit. We loved the keyless access and off street parking. The apartment was comfortable, well laid out and tastefully furnished (as can be seen in the promotional photos). The apartment was clean and the quality amenities were plentiful. We received a warm welcome from Ronya and were impressed when Ronya checked on our well being during our stay. We are happy that we chose 70 on Mortimer and would return on future visits to Mudgee. We would recommend 70 on Mortimer to family and friends without hesitation.

“Comfy luxury one bed apartment in Mudgee, everything you could want.”
Beautifully decorated and everything we were looking for. We were up there for a wedding and the place gave us space to enjoy country life, close to everything. Appreciated the Milk, coffee pods and bottle of wine. Balcony lovely to enjoy in the morning and at night. Close to the shops and cafes and just up the road from the Coles. Perfect weekend stay can thoroughly recommend. Great parking, could easily have stayed here for a week. Will be back.

As someone in the travel industry, I spend a lot of time researching the right property—both for my clients and for my own stays—so my expectations are high. I can honestly say that 70 on Mortimer exceeded them in every way, from booking through to departure. Ronya was fantastic to deal with, sharing a thoughtful local guide to Mudgee’s best venues and experiences ahead of our stay, and welcoming us warmly. The arrival process was seamless, with door access details provided well in advance. And then… wow. The apartment itself is stunning. We stayed in the Flamingo room and loved the upstairs position with its private balcony. The space, quality of fittings, and furnishings all combine to create a truly luxurious feel—beautifully styled without sacrificing comfort. The location is also spot on: an easy walk to the main street, yet set back far enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet. This will absolutely be my go-to stay in Mudgee moving forward. And a small tip for anyone visiting: make time for a stop at Clover Cellars—their beer is excellent (and soon to be on tap in Newcastle), but the gin was the standout. Plus, such a genuinely lovely team. Highly recommend on all fronts.

Perfect location. We were able to walk to the tourist spots in town. Excellent parking. All of the instructions were clear. Quiet location. Very happy. Excellent facilities after we had been on the road for 2 days from South Australia.
