Great little hotel helpful staff and cold beer is always cold ..Mombasa has occasional power cuts ( not the fault of the hotel but there were quite a few nights when the power situation was challenging ) ...the studios are great value and the masala tea is very good ...friendly relaxed place the wi fi could be better

The apartment was nice. Internet TV was awesome. The pool was great. Staff were generally friendly. Would visit again if the housekeeping and standard of food improved.

“I had a wonderful short stay”
The room was a clean, spacious studio with modern amenities. I loved the concept of having a kitchenette in a hotel room. The balcony overlooked the breathtaking view of the swimming pool. Shower had good water pressure, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Tv had netflix and YouTube channels in addition to the local channels. Front office receptionists exhibited impeccable customer service, received me with a smile,carried my bag to my room and ensured i enjoyed my stay. The hotel definitely gave good value for money.

“Hotel Comster Mtwapa Review”
The hotel was clean, and its location convenient to the town and other amenities. The rooms and bathrooms have a modern finishing, water has good pressure, and the pool is clean as well. Rooms can also be cleaned everyday on request. The staff are also friendly and very professional. Highly recommend for a stay.
