“Best place to stay in Batumi”

A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation.

Beautifully located, luxurious studios in the Batumi area. A lush, soothing environment close to the Batumi Botanical Gardens (definitely worth a visit!). The studio was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped (especially the washing machine was a welcome bonus after days of hiking in Svaneti). The hospitable hosts, who speak several languages, made us feel right at home. Over a cup of coffee, we had a lovely chat about the area, Spain, and the Netherlands. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking to stay in the green surroundings of Batumi!

It has a wonderful garden with roses and a swimming pool (very clear, without smell and leaves). The barbeque area are well-kept. The beach is 20 minutes. Our apartment was number 1 which has a balcony where you could enjoy the sunset while having dinner. Everything is spotless. The premises are made tastefully with an attention to every detail. Diana (owner of the house) is extremely nice and attentive. I'd say this is the best place in this region!

Great place with a very nice owner. The children very much enjoyed the pool and the garden facilities.

Very sweet and wonderful hosts. They were very helpfull. Our apartment was also very spaceous, clean, nice and have a beautiful view on the Black Sea.

Everything was great, especially the communication with the host, she was very friendly and helpful, answered very quickly and helped to solve all the problems. As well she recommended a taxi driver who met us in the aiport and then organized a tour to the mountains. The apartment was nicely furnished and the best thing about it was the sea view (oh, those sunsets).

Green and lush environment and a big apartment. A nice little restaurant, Fish bar, quite close by and open all day.

A hilltop paradise - an oasis outside Batumi! Great views, lovely gardens and pool. Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped studio with terrace. Diana & casto were amazing hosts and really helpful! There is a cute & cheap local restaurant nearby plus you can walk to beach / botanical gardens in about 20mins.

“Loveli family guesthouse not far from Batumi”

Lovely guesthouse that is equipped with everything we needed for a few day's vacation. Specious apartment with a balcony had all the comforts and owners were above and beyond hospitable. Garden is nice, little playground was a really good addition. There're all the utensils for cooking and as the place is rather farther from busy areas, it comes handy to make simple meals at home.

We loved the swimming pool, different rest areas, modern design, cleanliness, very friendly and always happy to help staff (they picked us up from the taxi and gave us lift to the bus stop when it was raining). Air conditioning worked great. Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Complimentary wine and coffee on arrival.

“Absolute pearl among Georgian properties - AMAZING place and hosts!”

Absolutely amazing place and amazing and friendly owners! Perfect location on the hill, with sea view surrounded by subtropical garden with amazing and well maintained plants and water stream. Great pool in the middle of the garden. Playground for children. Modern and clean rooms with good A/C. We were welcomed with cold wine and hot coffee and Spanish tapas (the owners are Georgian-Spanish couple :-) We wanted to stay longer but was fully booked. Absolute pearl among Georgian properties only comparable with 5 star hotels...

It's a beautiful and we'll cured place it seems to be in a really botanic garden ,the apartment is comfortable,clean and well furnished, exceptional hospitality,the owners are so generous they enjoy your being there with sangria,white wine ,cheese ,coffee etc ... Adviced for families and couples

Amazing place! Everything was just great! Starting from the very hospitable and nice hostess and ending with countless small details! Quiet, beautiful place really responds to its name "Botanical Paradise". Really wish to come back here next year!

The best place in Georgia!! This is a chic place to stay where you can find almost everything! - From bedding, towels, dishes and ending even with baby cribs! Piece of paradise surrounded by beautiful flowers, trees, where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view from every window of this house! The yard has all the amenities for spending time outdoors: a picnic area, outdoor swimming pool, hammocks, a playground for children. Private parking, convenient location, where restaurants, shops, beaches are within 5-10 minutes walk. The owners of this guest house, Casto, Diana and little Dianita are very pleasant, intelligent and hardworking people, whose company you will never get tired of! Diana, many thanks to your family for hospitality! We would definitely come back!

Great place to spend holidays with family and friends. The room was very comfortable and clean, the big bathroom and living room with a very comfortable sofa. Also, I should mention a balcony, where we spend most of the time having breakfasts, dinners or just a cup of coffee. Our room was on the first floor, and it has an amazing view of the sea and even more amazing views of sunrises and sunsets. I suppose that from the second floor it should be even more exciting. The guesthouse is built a couple of years ago, so all rooms are perfectly fresh and all the furniture is new. The guesthouse has a very comfortable swimming pool, different rest zones, pavilion in the garden with all necessary things for barbeque. We spent there one week and then asked to add additional 3 days because we were really enjoying that peaceful and calm place. There is all the necessary kitchenware in the rooms, so we were easily making food without going out when it was raining. I should especially mention the guesthouse's owners, who were really hospitable, supportive, and help us in everything. We were with child (1y), and they have provided us everything necessary for him, so we feel very comfortable and safe. Without exaggeration, I can say that that was the best guesthouse in Georgia where I had a chance to stay. And mostly this is because of householders, who are treating to this place like their own home and host you not as guests, but dear relatives or good friends.
