The best house we booked ever . Reckon the best in Batumi area. Exceptional location , magnificent view, botanical garden.And very welcoming hosts, house owners . Large enough property for the family of 5 , very comfortable , all facilities including good TV and sound system.Thank you ! Will come again .

“Great view to the Black Sea”
The location is excellent with a wonderfull view on the Black Sea from the balcony. The host Zurab is very friendly and responsive. We have got everything that we needed for a great stay. Botanical garden nearby is a wonderfull place to visit.
