I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained – you can immediately see that hygiene and order are taken seriously here. The entire property is beautifully designed and offers many nice places to relax and feel comfortable. I especially appreciated the very nice location and peaceful surroundings , perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The view was also exceptional and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and professional. I always felt welcome, and the service was quick and reliable. The food was really good and varied, everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented. Honestly, I cannot understand why there are so many negative comments, as my personal experience was completely different and very positive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with great cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

Nice location, perfect panorama view from the breakfast table. The pool and spa was super, the area and restaurants nearby are super too. We lost a bag during the stay, which mag me very nervous. However, the employees helped a lot to return it, so everything was good again.

Staff was incredible. Nikoloz in the reception and Elene from restaurant especially offered amazing service, making our trip one to remember. Also the new girl in the restaurant (forgot to ask her name, she had her first day), Cleaning ladies and manager were also great to interact with and super helpful. The hotel impressed us with a stunning mountain view and a very convenient location — everything was within walking distance. The restaurant staff were friendly, the breakfasts were quite good, and the prices were reasonable. A special mention goes to the delicious food served at the hotel’s restaurant. The room had everything we needed: towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, and bathrobes. The bed was comfortable, and there was a soft pouf on the balcony, which added a cozy touch. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the city and nature — a very cozy spot for evening relaxation.

“Great choice hotel”

Lovely hotel in the center. Important sightseeing only steps away. Very comfortable room with a good bed and shower. Breakfast had enough to choose from and with a wonderful view on the cathedral and monastery. Great service from the receptionist!

+Good location.+Breakfast +View - Its look nice outside and on the photos, but the walls ín the room are quite dirty, its not well maintained. Luckily, I only booked for two nights, só I moved to a cheaper and cleaner hotel.
