A very nice guest house just in front of the Cathedral. You can also park your car in front of the gust house. The room was warm and with a private bathroom. The host was very nice and welcoming with us. She also prepared us a delicious homemade breakfast in her kitchen.

The host is exceptional - the communication is easy, and she makes us delicious breakfast. It's near to restaurants, market, bar and cathedral. We really enjoy our stay here.

In the morning, Ana invited us to her home for a delicious breakfast. The location is amazing – right in the center of a beautiful little town. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

“A good journey needs good stay”

This Guest House is beside the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. I am amazed by the bell sound from the Church. But it will not disturb you at night. The Innkeeper is a beautiful, kind and helpfull lady, She will wellcome you and make a beautiful breakfast to impess your journey. The room is clean and tidy with the necessary facility you need. I will book it again next time.

The location of the guesthouse is fantastic. Anna, our host was very kind. We reached around 11PM and didn’t find any restaurants. She made us delicious food, which was very kind.

Great little guesthouse to explore the cute town of Mtskheta. Ana is a lovely host and took very good care of us. Her breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy and we could park the car just in front.

Anna is a wonderfull hostess - arranged everything for us, gave us insights into how is living in Georgia, offered us home-made wine and sherry, and cheese on the balcony with view on the ScvetiCcoveli Cathedral and Dzvari Monastery (see photo). Great breakfast in the kitchen. It is located very close to the cathedral - there is no sign on the street, just go inside the yard. Anna speaks German

Lovely, spartan room with everything meeded for a short stay. The guesthouse's location is excellent, with the bonus of controlled car entrance, hence very calm and quiet. The owner is kind and welcoming, and ready to take extra care of her guests. She prepared a tasty and varied breakfast for us in the morning. Very recommended!

Extremely nice owner, who speaks German and English. It was very nice to talk to her and she greeted us with a glass of homemade wine. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is opposite of one the main sights of Mtskheta.
