Real Georgian family and their house. The son Nic (not written correctly I guess) was super nice, especially to our youngest. Nice conversations and recommendations. Cheap for the pocket, great for the heart.

“Rooms in Large House of local family, very friendly!”
Good room in a large local house. Great Location easy walking from historic center and river views. Nice view of Jvari Monastery from the balcony. Good Breakfast and very friendly family.

We lived in a separate house from the hotel. Very stuffy in summer, the bed looks stale, the wifi is terrible, the noise from the main street, you live in a house with the owners who live their lives in this house. 1 socket. A room with the things of a boy who goes to sleep elsewhere. The shower is filled with the owner's stuff. One blanket 1.5 for two. I had to ask convincingly. Unpleasant place.

- Amazing check-in with coffee and even a warm lunch. Best welcome we got in 1 month in Georgia. The lady of the house proceeded to give us food during our entire stay. - Everyone in the family is really friendly and helpful. We were even offered a ride to the theatre when we went to see a performance. - Free wine and chacha tasting offered in their cellar. - Central location close to all attractions. - We were moved to another better room free of charge, as in the first room (in the main house) there was no sound-proofing and we had a very loud neighbor. I liked that they immediately addressed the issue and solved it. Honestly, our entire experience was amazing here due to the family. I give a 9 instead of 10 only because of a few small things: Internet didn't work in the rooms we stayed in unfortunately, only in the common area. In the first room no curtain (for sleeping) and the mentioned sound-proofing issue. That's it, all the rest perfect.

One of the best accomodations I saw during my holidays in Georgia. Nice location, super friendly and willing host. Clean and comfy room with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and rest of the house. I really appreciated the opportunity to wash my clothes. Perfect and tasty breakfast. Great price.
