“Peaceful stay”

This was the second stop on our road trip through Georgia, and it turned out to be a truly lovely experience. We were warmly welcomed, and the attention we received was kind and thoughtful from start to finish. The accommodation matched the description perfectly — everything we needed was there, and the space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking on the property, which made things very easy for us. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of the old town, yet peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the time spent in the garden patio, which offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. And we completely fell in love with the resident dog and cat — both incredibly sweet and affectionate, making our stay even more memorable. გმადლობთ თბილი მიღებისთვის და მშვენიერი დასვენებისთვის!

The accommodation is very simple and basic, suitable for those with modest expectations. The kitchen and outdoor areas are shared. The location is excellent, right behind Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.

The room is small but very well equipped. The location is fantastic. Nino was an exceptionally kind hostess. Although she doesn't speak English and I don't speak French, she went out of her way to help me when I hurt my foot in an accident. She was incredibly kind, so thank you! ☺️

“Superb guest house with great location in heart of town, great host, quiet, peaceful. Exceptional!”

Just a fantastic guest house with a most kind French-speaking lady who did everything to make you feel welcome and to accommodate you. I asked if she offered breakfast and was stunned when it came: two eggs, bread, goat cheese, homemade raspberry jam AND 4 hot sandwiches of ham, cheese and tomato. All of that for only 10 Gel. Wonderful back patio overlooking garden. Friendly pets (a black labrador and a black cat living in harmony). Views of the Cathedral and Jvari Monastery in the distance on the hill with apple and fruit trees in the yard. Wonderful place.

Was a good location and great for the money. The room is small but enough for a night. The owner was nice but doesn’t speak English.
